When The Last of Us Part II released earlier this year, the game was noted for its brutal combat and bleak world-building. Those who are looking for more of a scathing (or lesser) challenge are in luck as Naughty Dog has released a new patch that sees the return of Grounded difficulty, new modifiers, and the addition of permadeath.
