Team SoloMid (TSM) announced that Mark Jacobs will join the organization as the vice president of digital sales for Blitz Esports based in New York. Financial details of the appointment were not disclosed.
“Mark brings a wealth of knowledge and a deep understanding of digital media sales to the table,” said Brad Sive, CRO of TSM & Blitz. “He will be integral to the execution of our strategic initiatives with Blitz, and I am certain he will drive success for our brand partners. Jacobs comes to TSM with over 15 years experience in media sales managing sales teams. Previously, Jacobs served as the senior managing director of digital sales for the Robb Report, overseeing all aspects of digital sales on RobbReport.com. Before his time there, he held key sales positions at Vertical Mass, Complex, and Break Media.
Blitz is a data-driven statistics and coaching platform that allows users to access the builds, learn champions, and get insight into how to improve in League of Legends. In addition to offering personalized stats, analytics, and automated coaching, Blitz is used by TSM’s professional team to scout and train talent.
