It’s been an exciting week for F1 2021. Earlier this week, the final post-launch circuit, Jeddah, raced in-game, and we’re following it up with something just as exciting. Podium Pass Series 3 – 30 free tiers packed with cool customization items — is now live, featuring designs created by two of your favorite F1 drivers.
If that’s intrigued you, it’s time to take a look at part three of our ‘After The Apex’ series. Combining live footage and in-game animation, you’ll see McLaren’s Daniel Ricciardo take on the role of a Creative Director as he describes how he designed the exclusive items available now in Podium Pass.
Daniel Ricciardo isn’t the only driver who’s designed exclusive items for Podium Pass Series 3 – William’s George Russell has created a livery, suit, gloves, and helmet for you to take out on track.
F1 2021’s Podium Pass is your way to show your best look out on track. You can earn XP as you play and progress through 30 tiers of cool customization items like liveries, helmets, suits, and victory radio calls. And if you want to level up your look even further, you can purchase VIP with F1 2021’s in-game currency, PitCoin, and gain access to some amazing additional items.
How do you earn XP and work your way through the 30 tiers of the Podium Pass? All you need to do is play! Braking Point, My Team, Grand Prix, Time Trial, or multiplayer? You’ll increase your XP and race through the tiers in no time at all. Boost your XP even more throughout the eight-week-long series by completing the Podium Pass challenges. Each Podium Pass series is eight weeks long, so you have plenty of time.
