Envy Gaming announced plans to establish a new team headquarters and training facility in the Victory Park neighborhood of Dallas, Texas.

The team signed a sublease for a nearly 21,000-square-foot space in a building adjacent to the American Airlines Center, where the NBA’s Dallas Mavericks and NHL’s Dallas Stars play their respective home games.

The facility will house the staff and executive team for Team Envy and its Dallas Fuel team in the Overwatch League, as well as its new Dallas Empire team in the upcoming Call of Duty League. It will also have dedicated training areas for teams, as well as content creation, player development, and health and wellness areas. Real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield represented the team in its property search and negotiations.

“Our new training facility and headquarters in Uptown Dallas is going to transform the way we compete, engage with our fans locally, and reach fans around the entire world,” said Envy Gaming owner and CEO Mike Rufail, in a release. “This is a catalyst for us to make even greater leaps on behalf of the entire esports industry.”
