Min-hyung “Chilhwa” Park, former coach for O2 Blast, joins the Overwatch League with Washington Justice.

Park began his coaching career in late 2018, with South Korean team WGS Armament. He helped the team secure the second place of the Overwatch Contenders 2019 Season 1 Trials in Korea; finishing the season in 5-6th place.
He then joined O2 Blast and kept on collecting podiums. The team ended up in second place during the Overwatch Contenders 2019 Season 1 Korea; as well as at the Overwatch Contenders 2019 Pacific Showdown. The 2020 Season was even more prolific for O2 Blast — with the team winning the Overwatch Contenders 2020 Season 1 Korea.
Park is joining the Washington Justice a few days after Seung-jun “Sup7eme” Han was promoted to Head Coach of the team. This signing confirms the team’s desire to go from an international roster to a fully South-Korean staff and player crew.
The Washington Justice will face the Overwatch League reigning champions of San Francisco Shock tomorrow.
